Before you start

Please allow at least 15 minutes to complete the application. You will need the following ready to upload or enter:

Insurance policy documents
Proof of membership (where applicable)
Proof of qualification (where applicable)
Social media links
Bank or card details

Listing fees and renewal

The annual listing fee covers a full 12-month period, regardless of when you apply. Fees are paid as an annual subscription, and payment will renew automatically each year.

We have moved from a single annual renewal date for all fitters to individual, rolling renewals, with renewal on the anniversary of application.

£47.50 — applications approved up to and including 31 March 2026
£54 — applications approved from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027

This first increase since launch supports continued investment in the Directory and in the standards that underpin professional, welfare-led equine fitting.

Proof of insurance clearly shows your name (or business name), the professional activities covered, and the policy expiry date
